I ordered edible ink cartridges for my first order. I had trouble with ink blotches on the wafer paper prints, and contacted them for help. They were extremely responsive, and even offered to call me at home when we couldn't get the issue fixed. I eventually broke the printer, so the issue resolved itself. After the whole ordeal, they offered to give me a discount on any additional ink cartridges I might need for the new printer. My next purchase was their wafer paper and frosting sheets. The quality of the wafer paper is much better than what you can buy on amazon. It costs a bit more, but well worth it, as I don't have as many "goof" prints, so I waste less. I have not tried the frosting sheets yet, but I'm sure if I am disappointed they will gladly make it right.

Have used other brand photo sheets. The Premium Frosting Sheets make a difference in getting that perfect color print. !!!!!!

I have ordered edible paper from many different companies over the last 2 years. I have found NO other company with a better product! I love dealing with Inkedibles! Great service everytime! Patrick is the agent I deal with the most and have always had a great experience!!! My only complaint would be that you aren't in Canada 😉

First two orders and they only seem to get better and better! The only way they could improve would be to get some of the elusive magnetic molds from some of the Eurpean countries, but that is just a fantasy! Keep rockin it out of the park!

I am still new to Edible print designing. I bought a printer a few months ago and I am having a lot of fun with it. This site is incredible! A baker-enthusiast friend recommended this to me. I used to order from Amazon but I do it individually. I mean, type the keyword- let say, "Edible inks" then enter then order. Then type another one again - "Frosting sheets". The cycle gets tiring sometimes. With Inkedbles, since it's a dedicated site for my needs, I love how I could just put everything and pay all at the same time. Plus, I get free shipping everytime because I order more than $100(Yes, I do enjoy this printing stuff). I love love love my designs thanks to Inkedibles for my supplying me!

I don’t know a lot about edible inks. I bought for my girlfriend as a gift. I called the customer support and they were helpful. Anyway, I purchased what I needed and I got it just in time to give to my girlfriend. She liked it. I was so relieved! I didn’t know if I got things right. I’m thankful to the customer support. I can’t really say much about the price because I don’t regularly buy edible inks. My girlfriend liked it so I guess the quality is good.

I didn’t know what to expect because this is my first time to order from them. But of course, I am hoping for a great quality. I’m still quite new to baking. I have a small made-to-order cake business. It’s an A+ for me. I ordered 2 sets of Inkedibles Edible ink cartridge for my Canon Pixma. It’s over $100 so the shipping was free. The delivery came earlier than the due date. I tested it. At first, the colors were faded but after a few prints it has gotten brighter. I am enjoying it now. I played a little bit with crazy photos and I love them. It’s too beautiful to eat sometimes. I am sure my customers will be happy with my new designs. Thanks Inkedibles!
