I have had excellent customer service twice in the past 2 weeks. last week Robert stayed on with me for a good 2 hours on the live chat as well as sending emails back and forth trying to figure out what was going on with my printer, and helped me on how to clean it in various ways depending on the issue. He even followed up with me via email the next day. Today I spoke with Sam, who was also quick to reply and very helpful regarding the status if my current order, as well as helping me with how to refill my ink and cleaning cartridges, he even went out of his way and emailed me information on how to maintain my printer based on the questions I was asking Thank you for the amazing customer service. So glad there is a Canadian site! I will continue to be a customer!

I need a special sizing for my frosting sheet . It came in a wrong size at the beginning but Robert help me to correct it right away and the quality was amazing . Will definitely order with them again !
