Multiple bad things but worked out ok
I paid much more for ink to get it from Inkedibles because of a glowing review in a blog. It took a week to arrive. One of the cartridges couldn't be recognized by the printer so I couldn't print at all. I told customer service that I had a deadline in a week and I needed it replaced. They said it would come in a week. I'll probably miss my deadline. Although the other supplier had some terrible reviews, if I would have ordered multiple sets of cartridges for the same amount of $$ from them, I might have been printing yesterday. Also, the chat line didn't answer the questions I had 2 of the 3 times I chatted with them. I reworded it about 4 times with no luck. Then I just gave up. Also, the first couple of pages of wafer paper had indentions in them from the ink cartridges pressing against them-- not bad enough to return -- just annoying. I haven't tested the icing sheets yet. Update: I got the replacement cartridge within 2 days, so that was excellent! But the ink does seem to be leaking a bit. I get random black streaks and spots from a new printer.
