This is the only place I trust for my bakery. They are so fast and knowledgeable and always have their clients best interest at heart! I wish i could give them a million stars. and Sam rocked as usual!

I had placed my first order with Inkedibles, but was concerned that I had not received an email confirmation of my order after 8 days. I chatted with Sam and was immediately notified by email of my USPS tracking. Sam's service was prompt and definitely a 5 star rating. Not being notified that my order was received with an email confirmation after I placed it, and being left to wonder if it even went through properly (my PayPal was charged immediately), was more of a 1 star rating. I believe in second chances, so I will be ordering again. Edited to add: Of course the first thing I did (and every day after) was to check my spam folder. Nothing. Sometimes that happens, so I believe them and have changed my rating. I’m looking forward to ordering from them in the future.

I love the sheets and only use the sheets from inkedibles. Their customer service is excellent too. They helped with my order so patiently . My customer service agent was Sam who did an awesome job !
