Horrendous Customer Service
While I like the edible ink from this company, I am disappointed in their terrible customer service. I paid extra for quicker shipping and noticed that when my item shipped, it would arrive in the same time frame as my previous orders, where I had not paid extra for quicker service. When I called to speak with a manager, he was rude and cut me off as I was trying to explain. I have had once such similar unpleasant issue with a previous order, but it happened over 2 years ago, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try again. If this is how Inkedibles chooses to treat their customers, I will gladly get my edible ink from other, more professional places that value their clients.

Hello Wendy, We are sorry about the experience you are describing. We looked into your order details, and see that you placed your order on December 16, and you selected UPS shipping, which we charged you $4.95. We shipped your order the very same day, and via a premium service (UPS, over USPS), as ordered. So we are not quite sure why you were unhappy with the shipping service, as we shipped exactly as you ordered, and in fact we shipped it a little early, as our shipping policy is within 1 day, but we shipped it the same day. It was also delivered in the time-frame advertised as the tracking shows. Nonetheless, you contacted us and expressed you were unhappy that it didn't arrive sooner (even though it was shipped on time and delivered on time), and we issued you a courtesy $2 refund. We hope you understand that we can only do what is in our control. If we shipped on time, and with a reliable service provider that delivered it within the allotted time frame, why would it be fair to punish us with a negative review? If you need it faster, we offer more premium services such as 3 day delivery; 2 day delivery and even next day delivery. Also please understand that we are already significantly discounting our shipping rates. You were charged $4.95 for a UPS shipment, and you can check at www.ups.com for a sample shipment how much it actually costs (it is closer to $7).
