InkediblesReviews of inkedibles.com

Excellent product and customer service.

This is a review of my ordering experience. I have not yet received the product, so I'll follow up on that later. As for the ordering process... Steve (from online chat) was very helpful and answered all my questions. He directed me to the correct product to suit my needs and provided assistance with graphics preparation. He made sure my order was put through in a timely manner and made me feel very comfortable about the order. I look forward to receiving my edible printed cake top!

i love ordering from them!!!!!! when i have a question or concern they are always there!

I have been decorating cakes for many years now, and last year I finally decided to invest in an edible printer, let me say game changer for sure! Inkedibles gave me the best deal, super fast shipping every time, and always my go to website for edible sheets and cake needs! Their costumer service is excellent as well, if I ever have a question, I am always helped in a timely manner! Definitely recommend!

I recently needed a copy of a past receipt but was having difficulties logging in on the website. After trying to reset the password unsuccessfully I called in and spoke with Sam Parker. Sam was so helpful and within minutes emailed me a copy of my receipt along with my password. Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing. 100% satisfaction guaranteed I always use inkedibles for all my custom creations. They work fast and ship faster. The customer service is fast and friendly. I spoke with David to confirm my order and he was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. Such a pleasure to talk with. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'll definitely continue to give inkedibles my business. Im telling everyone:)

They really went the extra mile to make sure that I would be happy with the results of a tricky picture upload and recieve them on time despite the late notice. Excellent work.

David Smith was very helpful and patient with me and 100 questions.
