Sam was great helping me in a time…
Sam was great helping me in a time crunch. The reason i didn't put the 5th star is because I just put in the emergency order and have not received it yet !

Hello Miranti, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Just checking to see if you received your order in the time you expected and if you have been satisfied enough to award us that 5th star ? :) Generally speaking, there have been a lot of delays with transit / carriers in recent weeks due to the protests and other factors, but we have done our best to process and ship as fast as possible and put as much friendly pressure on the carriers to deliver as fast as possible. Hoping for good news with your experience, but if there is anything we can do further to help please let us know.

I absolutely love the Artisan frosting…
I absolutely love the Artisan frosting sheets. Vivid prints. Have been using them for years and will continue to use. Only wished my cartridges were refillable as it stated when I purchased the new printer. Thanks for all your help Sam.

I like the different selections you have to choose from. My order took longer then I had expected so I had to buy fro another company to fill and order I had for the ink to print with.

I ordered some printed icing sheets
I ordered some printed icing sheets. These were great quality products, once they got the order right. At first they failed to send one of the prints I ordered, but once I brought it to their attention, they sent the correct one out immediately and free of charge. I will use their service again.

Very reliable and product comes quick
Very reliable and product comes quick. Product was as described online and the customer service is very helpful. Only downside was the inks did leak in the bag a little but I half expected that from going across country and the pressure from being in a plane.

Just learning
I am just now getting into this with the ink and frosting sheets. So far I have purchased all my ink and sheets from Inkedibles with the product. The only time I was unhappy was when I ordered ink and paid the extra money to get it the next day. I read online if you let them know it was a rush order and was willing to pay $10 more they could get it to you the same day. Problem is they don't say how to do this and I could not get a response from their chat line for help and the email didn't get back until after I made order, the email just said I see you have already ordered and could not be changed. Hopefully a situation don't come up again that I need something right away. Product is very good.
