I paid for priority shipping and received a standard shipping. As it is an urgent order, this is more than difficult to handel. Hope to find a satisfactory solution, though.

Hello Camelia, Your order was placed on July 26 for delivery to Romania, and we shipped it the same day, please see tracking: http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM295112588300081096 It was shipped via priority shipping, which takes 4-10 business days on average since it is an international destination, and final delivery is also subject to customs in your country which is not in our control or the shipping carriers control. This is all made clear at checkout. Today is the 6th business day, so it is well within the average transit time. Please expect delivery soon.

I am having issues when I print on these chocolate transfer sheets that I have not had with other sheets where the cocoa butter layer is catching somehwere and scratching all down the sheet and ruining the image rendering it useless. I have tried on 3 seperate sheets with the same result. I emailed customer service last night but have not hear back yet. I have an order coming up of 200 cookie that need to be completed in a week so I need to find a solution to the issue. I will be happy to update my review once someone contacts me with a solution to this.

Hi Tiffany, Thank you for trying our chocolate transfer sheets. We are very happy with this product. Our sheets are different and of higher quality than others on the market, and our customers have had overwhelmingly positive results with these. I am sorry that you are experiencing this scratching. With your upcoming cookie order this must be frustrating so I will try to walk you through the steps to avoid this. The scratches are occurring from the rollers on you printer applying too much pressure when they move the sheets through the printer. As you know our chocolate transfer sheets are not plain and dry. They have a layer of cocoa butter and then that is coated with a top layer of a mixture of confectionary sugar and starch to best absorb the ink and then transfer it to the chocolate as the sugar/starch layer melts into your tempered chocolate. Any scratch or blemish shows a lot on the actual sheet but does not necessary effect the quality of the print when it is transferred. I am not sure which brand of printer you are using, Canon, Epson or Brother, but with either you should be able to adjust the "paper settings" to be gentler with the sheet as it moves. (Adjusting the paper settings is also useful when you have lines or streaking in regular prints too). You can view and adjust your printer setting from your computer under “printers and devices” or a similar option, or you can view and adjust these from the actual printer touch pad. I suggest from your computer (unless you are printing as a photocopy) because you will probably have more detailed options. Depending on the make and model of your printer, the options will be similar to choices like: Printing Preferences Media Type Paper Output Print Quality Paper Type I cannot say which setting to choose for your exact printer but please try to adjust these to give a different amount of pressure, movement and speed to your chocolate transfer sheets so they do not experience that scratching as they travel through the printer. May I suggest that you don’t use/waste more new sheets until you have played with the settings. You can reuse the scratched sheets, feeding them in the opposite way so that the new scratches (if any) appear in a different area. Good Luck with this Tiffany! Please feel free to contact me directly if you need further assistance. All the best, Maria

I recently ordered a new image printing system. It arrived quickly but one of the cartridges is damaged. I immediately used the contact form and attached pictures. I keep getting emails asking for a quality control stamp and pictures....I have replied to the email asking where the quality control stamp is and reminding that i had attached pictures in the very beginning of the process. The system is not usable as it is. It seems that they would just look at the pictures of the damaged cartridge and send a new one in order to keep a customer.

Hello Nancy, Thank you for reaching out to us with this. I am very sorry for your frustration with the way your problem was handled. Although your review rates us poorly, I sincerely appreciate your respectful approach and your thorough explanation that will help us make improvements to our service (and thanks for mentioning that our products are great!). Our customer service is very focused on making improvements. The gentleman who was helping you thought that the damage occurred in our quality control department and was focusing on trying to resolve the issue there without realizing that we had not yet already shipped your replacement. I apologize for this delay. Your new magenta cartridge has now been shipped to you in special thermal packaging so it should arrive with no leaking. From our location in Southern California to yours in Colorado, the package will travel through desert climate and extreme heat. In very hot weather, the ink can expand and cause pressure which then causes the cartridge to leak from wherever the ink can find a way; the breathing holes, the filling holes, even the seams in the walls of the cartridge if enough pressure builds up. Epson ink actually expands and foams up much more than Canon, and the magenta expands more than the other colors, so your Epson Magenta cartridge was a good candidate for leaking. Also, we had a batch that was slightly overfilled so, that could have contributed to the problem as well. With your replacement we have also included a small gift from InkEdibles as a token our appreciation of you as our customer. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to assist you with more of your edible printing needs and supplies again in the future. Thank you again for bringing this matter to my attention. I hope we have earned back your trust in the kind of improved service we will provide in the future. All the best, Maria

I am not quite happy with the way the pizza looks. and it taste sweet.
Response from InkediblesMar 18, 2015
Dear Ilse, Thank you for trying our new cheese flavored edible paper. I am sorry you were not happy with the way your pizza looked. The sheets can be applied a number of ways. Each pizza had a different moisture level and smoothness, so you should consider how moist (or oily) your pizza is and how smooth the part of the pizza is that you are applying the sheet to. Some people prefer baking the pizza with the sheet on (the color stays beautiful) while others prefer applying it after the pizza is out of the oven. If you choose to wait until after the pizza is baked, then you still have options, you can apply if while it is still bubbly hot or wait for it to cool a bit first. Each method will give a different effect. These can also be used on lasagna, macaroni and cheese, enchilada or casseroles of any kind. We have customers who love them on mashed potatoes! These sheets are a fun was to decorate and personalize savory food. Regarding your comments on the taste, these are Parmesan flavored sheets and Parmesan is a slightly sweeter flavored cheese than many other hard cheeses so these will not have a very cheese flavor like actual cheese but a hint of flavor that should complement your already cheesy dish. I will look into making the flavor “cheesier” which hopefully you will enjoy more. Thank you for taking the time to comment. I always appreciate hearing from our customers! All the best, Maria

Placed my order well over a week ago, and have yet to receive it. Called customer service, assured it would be here today, nothing. So much for getting my Christmas orders done on time. Cartridges in my printer were defective(did not buy through this company) so needed cartridges ASAP. Very disappointed.
Response from InkediblesDec 22, 2014
Hello Denise, I hope you found your cartridges in your mail box on Saturday. The tracking for your order shows that they were "delivered in / at the mailbox on December 20". I see that you placed this order on Sunday, so the order would not have been processed until the following business day, Monday. Shipping days begin counting down from the day after your order is processed which would be Tuesday (we cannot deliver your order the same day it is processed). At this very busy time of the year for the post office so packages sent by standard UPSP may take a bit longer to arrive due to the high volume of mail at this time of the year, but this one was actually delivered within the given time period. I see that your previous order was also. Most of our shipments originate from our main shipping facility in Los Angeles, CA. This is why we give an estimation of ~ 4 to 5 business days for orders to arrive to the east coast unless special shipping is arranged. The tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email can also give you this information. I am sorry that you were rushed for this order to fill your holiday orders. I hope that our cartridges worked well for you and you were able to complete your orders. In the future, please let us know if you need expedited shipping, especially during busy seasons. We are always happy to work with our customers to make the necessary arrangement to get your order to you when you need it. Thank you. All the best, Maria

Every time I order by phone everything gets screwed up. I never received my order and even when they said they'd ship it to me over night I still didn't get it in time.
Response from InkediblesDec 5, 2014
Dear Sue-Anne. WE SINCERELY VALUE YOU AS A LONGTIME CUSTOMER. I am sorry that we occasionally are out of stock of an item. I know how frustrating it can be to order something and then not have it available. This is not something we want our InkEdibles customers to experience. We do our best to always have your edible printing and chocolate molds and transfer supplies in stock. We will have more magnetic molds in stock by the end of next week. I hope that you will visit us again and I promise that we will do our best to get your items to you promptly.
