I purchased the Quatro printer for use with my home based cookie business. It was the biggest waste of money and it made me so incredibly sad to have spent so much and gotten so little. Initially, the customer service was great and they helped me but the printer simply did not perform as described. I sent it back to the company, at my cost, only to have it returned to me with no improvement. It does not print clearly or without over spray. The quality of the prints is horrible .When you inquire further, you are consistently told to purchase more ink cartridges and that will fix the problem. It doesn’t. At all. I went back and forth between purchasing this machine or the well known Eddie brand and wish so much I had spent the extra $500 dollars on the Eddie. Now I am out over $2500 for a printer that is garbage. They will not take it back, refund any portion of the purchase or make it right and even suggest I purchase ANOTHER printer from them. I have a hundred emails going back and forth with them, while they tell me it works and it doesn’t. I would advise anyone to steer clear of their printers. It has been a sad waste of time and money for me. Pitiful.

I can't say enough bad things this company is misleading after placing a order for edible ink and rec. confirmation of shipping over 2 weeks ago still not gotten my ink. Sent email, fb and any way I could got a email back today it shipped yesterday after all my emails this is not how I would do business ever!!!

Terrible customer service and misleading timelines! Ordered custom Oreos for my daughter’s engagement party on 9/9. The confirmation email said I would receive the order in 3-7 business days. Received emails stating my order was shipping on 9/11. On 9/20 I still had not received the order. It took more than one phone call and unanswered email to be told three days before my event they were cancelling my order because they would not ship on time for my event.

Terrible product! I ordered a photo and they changed it entirely without communicating it to me. I cannot use my item and they said there was nothing they could do! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Update. They were able to give me a refund as like I stated, they did not communicate the changes prior to shipping.

Purchase 9/21. This product is not compatible to my program. I asked to return this product that cost more then $500.00 Never been open!! They said I have to pay 15% restocking fee also I have to pay shipping so it's going to cost me over $100.00. This is ridiculous. Anyways I told them I didn't think that was fair, they haven't responded back. So I asked for a RMA# THAT THEY said they would send me so I can return it. It's been 6 days since I originally spoke with them on the phone. Well I spoke with David. I Will never buy a product from them again!!!!

Purchased an edible printer from InkEdibles on 5/15/21, for 2 weeks I've had trouble installing the printer on my Mac computer. I've called InkEdibles to see if someone can help me install the printer. Come to find out my computer is not compatible with the printer I purchased. The customer service/support department recommends I use a WINDOWS computer or wait for my printers updates to be compatible with my computer. Meanwhile the printer would just sit there and run out of the 30 day return policy. I put the ink cartridges in the printer and tried numerous times to get the printer to work. Customer service just keeps giving me the run around. How else can you try to install something if you don't open the product! Their website says that the printer is compatible with Mac & Windows. False advertisement!! I explained to them that I just wanted to return the printer, to please give the return instructions. They're refusing to cooperate with me because I opened the box/ink cartridges. This company is misleading and customer was not helpful at all. The manager was less helpful. He refuses to call me to try and do what managers do, meet customers satisfaction. I would give this company NO STARS but unfortunately that wasn't an option!

Absolutely no communication or emails to know when and if I am going to get my order. Customer service reps are rude and unknowlegeable about the orders. Today me over the phone that I ordered regular shipping that takes around a week or so though I paid for priority 3-5 & it shows in the screenshot from when I first made my order. Will never do business with this company again.

I’m sure there products are good but I wouldn’t know, I get that shipping can be iffy sometimes and it’s not there fault. But they never updated me on my orders,I had to send emails to them every day to get a reply. And when ever I tried calling there was just a dial tone saying this number was fake.My orders came way after the time I needed them they are garbage to me now, I just wish I can get a refund because I never got a chance to use them. I still have them in the packets and everything, I’m not about to go buy or make a cake for no reason.they tried offering me a discount for there store but trust me I ain’t using that anytime soon. Over all i am very disappointed and would really like my 40 dollars back. So I wouldn’t waste my time with them if u were you I would go you your local Safeway, you can get a print from them for 10 bucks.
