I feel like the box and the amount of time I waited were not commensurate with the amount I paid. I certainly didn't see it as an epic drop. I will try one more box but if that is as underwhelming I won't be ordering again.

Amazing quality
Matte comes out in amazing quality and is insane. Image was slightly darker then I thought it seemed from the test image almost like a tint film was over it. Very happy with the fact I was informed the day it would come within and informed the minute it came.

Wouldn’t recommend to friend.
Opening the box and pulling out the loose mat clumped in the box. Not packaged well for transport. Plus do not smoke when working on or creating mats. It smelled horrible and yea it was from cig smoke. I washed it and let it air dry outdoors over night and that fixed that. It wasn’t cut the correct length to what was selected. 36x36 was selected and it’s not the correct measurements. So many things overlooked with your services.
