I’ve bought several extended mousepads from Inked Gaming by now, and they haven’t disappointed. The image quality was great (true to what was shown in the product listing); I prefer the stitched edges, but that wasn’t always available at the time of purchase, but I will say that the non-stitched edges have held up very well so far.

Took months to get an order

We’re really sorry your order took so long to arrive. Delays like that are frustrating, and we understand how they impact your trust in us. We’re working hard behind the scenes to improve turnaround times and ensure future orders are delivered much faster.

Fast shipping, custom mat looked great

My friend made a picture I wanted to put on a playmat for my birthday one year. I was afraid that inked gaming would deny the order but it went through and arrived quickly. The quality was also really good, still stands strong too

Every playmat I've gotten has been amazing quality. I always do custom images with stitching. Ordered good dozen or more mats over the years. Usually quick service, were some delays this year ordering, we all work this crazy world we know everything goes wrong at worst times. Fully confident they will get back to peak form, still have many more images I want to turn into playmats haha.

I ordered a custom playmat for one of my Magic decks, and the shipping was speedy, the print was incredibly high quality, and the price was solid (Even when there wasn't a discount available at the time). To tell the truth, I haven't ordered from InkedGaming in a while, but that's mostly just because I don't need 100 Playmats, and the few that I've gotten from InkedGaming make up a very good portion of my collection, and are all very high quality in both feel and appearance. Any type of issue I'm seeing in the reviews, I haven't had. InkedGaming is my go-to for when I want a playmat or a playmat case (Which, unfortunately, just isn't that often).

Absolutely terrible experience. My order took five months to arrive when the website said it would ship in two weeks. The only response I ever got from customer service was that I could cancel if I didn’t want to wait—no updates, no apologies, nothing. For how expensive their products are, the service is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price or the wait. I won’t be ordering from Inked Gaming again.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you had. Waiting five months for an order that was supposed to ship in two weeks is unacceptable, and the lack of meaningful communication from our team only made it worse. You’re absolutely right to expect better. We let you down, and we take full responsibility. While we know this doesn’t undo your experience or change your decision, we appreciate you sharing your honest feedback and we’ll continue working to fix the core issues that caused it.
