They let individuals use AI for their "art" on their playmats

I used to be a loyal customer of Inked for near a decade. Then, as I was about to place yet another order, I noticed that like alot of companies, they insulted every artist by incorporating AI slop and even had the gall to charge for the "privelage". Inked Gaming will never have my support again, and I have since found more local supplier of custom mats with better printing quality and cheaper prices.

Got what I ordered in a timely manner.

I've never had troubles other than high volume delays which were always clearly communicated. I and my friends have dozens of custom mats between us. It is now tradition to bring new players in and get them their own custom mat based on their interests. My main mat which I have used regularly over more than a decade now is still incredibly vibrant. If it's faded, it is difficult to tell.

Despite my order being months late, I truly believe in and respect this company. I’ve ordered from them a few times before and my products haven’t just been good, they’ve been pristine. Every print I’ve ordered looks like it was lifted straight off of the website and onto the table. The quality cannot be overstated. And as for the shipping, I get it. I bought a desk pad for my little brother’s birthday in January and it took months to get to him. It was frustrating, but they were transparent about it. My only criticism is that perhaps they should have made it more clear on their website how bad the shipping delays were and done so earlier. However, they absolutely provided updates, have given their word on rebuilding, and seem to truly want reform. That’s something I don’t see in many companies nowadays and is something I deeply respect. I still believe in this company for that reason.
