Great experience, highly recommend
So I reached out as a last resort because I Tried just about everything I could to get my printhead to work, So I scheduled a over the phone consultation and we checked every option to eliminate everything else but the printhead being bad. So I ordered another one from you guys and you were nice enough to include the wires and no charge. Overall, this was a great experience. They were super detailed and explained everything to me and walked me through all possible scenarios, letting me know that I would need to use this in the future if I continue printing DTF. I had a ton of questions and all of the responses were very detailed and explained everything to me and they made sure I understood. If you’re having any computer issue’s at least DTF definitely would recommend them and I’m sure I will be using them in the future.
