I'm not sure how they even call themselfs a company. I been dealing them for around 6 years and they are surely the worse company I have ever seen, I can only get 1 approval every 1 to 2 years. Sadly all the checks have been from the same bank and they will only cash one when they don't have a wild bug up their backside. And for them to not be able to give a reason why they decline it(we all know it's because they don't have the money to pay it, so they blame the checks)is just not right at all. you have all my information and telling me why you declined my check is so classified? Here is another sad note to add, When looking at my history with this company over the years. Amazing 2% approved checks 98% declined, all checks declined from the same bank. I'm done with these whatever you wanna call them! just for the record I would not have even given this company 1 star, rather instead I would subtract stars for all of the time they wasted of mined with their BS for check declines.

If I could give no stars I would. Ingo has not let me mobile deposit any checks with an account I’ve had for over 10 years. They have provided no explanation at all. I doubt anyone has even researched

DON'T USE,THEY HAVE A BREECH!! Tried to upload and cash a check there to my card, I had put the wrong exp date it kept getting declined, after much frustration it was finally fixed I thought everything was done, overnight someone tried to use my card it was declined because of wrong exp date, there's a breech, tried to call them and the lady was rude and hung up on me, off you want to keep your money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!?

I used the Ingo service through PayPal to cash checks given to me for side-work I do. I paid the fees to have the funds immediately because it cost less than cashing them at a bank since I do not have an account. I was under the impression the purpose of this service is to cash checks for people who do not have bank accounts, as that is what is stated in their advertisements. However, after using the service for 2 weeks, they suddenly stopped cashing the checks and closed my account. When I reached out for an explanation, they refused to give me one. I asked to escalate my account for deeper review and they responded by telling me I have had suspicious activity (which is nonsense) and they would not go further into it than that. So now, my name is flagged as suspicious, with no explanation. I worked in banking for a decade before staying home with my children so I know the criteria for suspicious accounts. I have done nothing for them to label me this way. The checks were all paid, and I made this company money by paying their fees. Yet this is how they treat their customers. I have read other reviews stating that something similar happened to them. As consumers, we deserve explanations. This check-cashing company cashed my checks without asking for ID yet I am the suspicious one? I am extremely upset by this because I now have a flag on my name. For no reason. I would discourage anyone from using this service. Support your local banks instead.

they have got to be the worst customer service EVER!! i have used this service multiple times without issues thru Venmo and NOW theu permanently closed my account for NO REASON!?? WHY!!?? I am sooo pissed off that i have to get another dang card just to add my checks at a local store to transfer the funds into my venmo or use that card as back up!!!! they are sooo wrong for this mess!! i NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG! ITS YOUR SERVICES!! THEY WILL NEVER TELL YOU WHY THEY CLOSED IT AND THEY WON'T LET YOU OPEN ANYMORE ACCOUNTS WITH THEM!!

This is the most useless app ever! I have used them for several years and never given them or presented a bad check. Last night I tried to deposit a check and kept getting some dumb and false message that my check had already been cashed. Not true at all. Then this am they basically said “sorry, not sorry-go cash it elsewhere. It makes little sense to me! They were charging $75 for cashing it too! I’m kind of glad they rejected it. I was only willing to pay that much for the convenience. So not only is this a useless app, their customer service stinks.

I went through their process of cashing a check through Paypal for business expenses because I saw that I could cash in minutes. Only to be told after I voided the check that the process failed and not to resubmit without reason. So now I have to request another paper check and go elsewhere. I am giving this poor rating due to the lack of explanation for the defect. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. and the positive ratings here I am pretty sure are affiliated and are paid
