I have emailed the support desk for over a month now trying to get my NO Fuss 100% money back guarantee, to be told i can have 19USD back from a total of 72USD, i would NOT order anything from this company and wish i had checked before i did.

I have ordered airplane mode comfy hoodie on 12th Aug. The shipment tracking has become unavailable as soon as it says the parcel arrived in my country. I have contacted the customer support on 16th Sep. and they said they have resent the product and provided me a new shipment tracking. But the tracking says the shipment started from 4th Sep. This site is a scam.

I placed an order for a comfort hoodie on 27th of July. I am still waiting for the goods to arrive. No explanation or offer of refund or replacement. Buyers beware of slick marketing put no product ever arrives

Car jump starter. Delivered with incorrect non-UK mains charger. No warranty for item. They use fake front page showing a better product on Facebook. Poor instruction. Overpriced. Better value similar items available from high street retail. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered crocs from their website over 3 months ago, but nobody seems to have any idea where my package is. There's no offer of a refund, and all I keep getting are excuses.

Waited for nearly 2 months for my Vanilla body spray that they keep saying was delivered but it’s never showed up. They provided the wrong tracking number and when I asked where my purchase is they provide a different one that surprisingly was delivered a month ago. I’ve checked my postal office - nothing, Ive checked neighbours nothing. If it was delivered to my neighbours or post office a month ago, my neighbours would have given it to me and post office would have left a card or returned to sender. So this company is refusing to refund me - just keep telling me it’s delivered. If my review does anything- please do not purchase from this company. Check their Facebook page - suspiciously no comments stay and is based on China.

Ordered the vanilla skin scent, was confirmed, i had read their satisfaction guarantee policy and paid via paypal. After waiting a month, i received a different product - rather than vanilla skin, i received a dollar store version of what smelled like alcohol spritz. Gross. I reached out, sent pictures and asked for a refund. They told me to give the product away and they would reimburse me 3usd. Note when purchased, i was told my total 37.usd but the charge sent thru to paypal was over 47usd. Busted!! Ive opened a dispute with paypal.
