Sent 2 different tracking numbers and then stated delivered, and all you get from them is go to your local post office and check , scam company order at your own cost !

Do not order from this company.! They will send you whatever they want to send you that similar to the item you want and then when you request a refund or complain about it they turn around and say that they check their records and they sent you the right item and refuse to work with you in regard to any kind of full refund. They tried to give you a fraction of the cost in return just to appease you. When you persist in getting a full refund they just go up a couple of dollars on their settlement price. In all and at the end they just turn around and say I'm sorry you're dissatisfied with the service and there's nothing else we can do. This is a fraudulent company and if I could give him zero Stars I would. Save yourself the hassle.

Absolute scam Ordered direct from their video stating buy from them or get copies of their product. Item that has arrived is I tiny, cheap and nasty picket not the unit they are advertising in the video. Another scamming company, stay clear.

after a long wait what was received was not the same item in the video add, it did not have the same functions and did not match the features advertised. when contacted with this issue they refused to acknowledge the issue. this is a scam, after additional research if found that the video in the add was stolen from a reputable company for a good quality item. they used that video in the add to bait and switch provided in a unfunctional item in place of what i thought i ordered

If I could rate it a 0 I would! Terrible to work with! I ordered something that looked good quality. First off, when I ordered they charged me more than what the receipt stated. I requested to cancel and get a refund since they charged me more than it showed. They just refunded the difference between what the receipt said and the price even though I wanted to cancel. So then I waited almost two months to finally get the items, only to get it and see that it was cheaply made from low quality fabric and nothing like the picture they had posted for the items. So I emailed and requested to return it for a refund since their site says, “100% no risk money back guarantee”. They responded a couple times saying they would give me a few bucks back and I didn’t have to return it because it would cost so much to return to China. I continued to request the full refund for the return and they would bump it a few more $$. The highest amount they offered me a refund for was $12 for items that I paid over $60 for. I requested it to be returned for a full refund again and now they have completely stopped responding to me. Now I am out over $60 and have a crappy item I would never be caught dead using or wearing. So mad!!

If I could give them a zero, I would. The items took over 7 weeks to arrive… this was after multiple emails requesting updates. The tracking went dead so they eventually replied to say a new parcel was being sent out. This was after a dispute was raised with my card company. Eventually the parcel arrived, however the items were cheap knock offs of what was advertised. Unfortunately for me, as the dispute was raised for the lack of delivery, it meant it was closed before I could claim anything for the terrible items sent to me. Avoid avoid avoid this terrible company.
