InGenius PrepReviews of ingeniusprep.com

It was a great experience to work with InGenuis, as they are always ready to help with whatever you need! The InGenuis metrology is great, as you work with an FAO and a counselor, having two perspectives is invaluable in this process.

Wonderful people. Helped out with activity list and common app

I contacted them several days before the submission deadline. They provided high quality and timely services with a very reasonable price. We are very happy about the outcome! The other companies I contacted were either not available for last minute service or charged for an extremely high price.

I decided to use InGenius prep exclusively for med school interview help. I wanted to make sure I got professional support and feedback, as it would be a shame to get to this point in the process and have a negative outcome due to a lack of interview skills. I loved that InGenius Prep has an option for just interview prep. It was also great that I had the opportunity to chose between a few advisors to work with. I identified the most with Luke Johnson, so I chose him, and he was wonderful to work with!! Very down to earth but serious, seemed to have great experience and gave me feedback on many aspects of my application. Luke truly went above and beyond to assist me and it was worth every penny!

I enjoy working with my team, consisting of an FAO, a GC, and many more people who helped me a lot to go through the tough time of the application season. To me, they are more mentors than teachers on the way of my college application.

We signed on with InGenius in August and it seems their counselor couldn’t miss an opportunity to let us know we came late to the game. This fact did not reduce the price we paid for the service. This counselor hasn’t checked in for several months and our record is zero acceptances to the schools they helped us apply to. Please search for another college prep company- the college application process is too important to risk hiring someone with that kind of track record.

Ingenius Prep charged $7,600 for help with 10 PhD programs. They gave very bad advice, encouraging the use of a postdoc as one of the three references. Although they reviewed all essays and said the applications looked "very good," all applications resulted in rejections. Ingenius Prep is a huge waste of money and gives very bad PhD application advice.

We are very pleased to use InGenius Prep for our son's college application. As with other families, we find the college application process very stressful and full of confusions. Thanks to the counselors (Sonya Ovbey and Kathryn Mammel), we completed this process informed, on time and with much more clarity. Our son got into his top school of choice thanks to their help. We highly recommend InGeniusPrep to anyone considering their services.
