Somehow I ended up buying multiple licenses of the same thing. They would not refund my money. It is a complete scam. Never trust these guys

Asks for ongoing payment for downloads
Although I have a subscription, each time I log in a nd try to download a template such as "income & expense tracker" the site asks for payment.

Hello Mahesh,    We can confirm that you have purchased our Full access and can login and download from our "All Templates" section. You will also continue to receive your free updates via email for you to access. We have done our best to provide you with free updates each week since you purchased.  We have launched a brand new product that is not part of our Full Access product. These Excel Templates are an Add On which we invested more than 3,200 hours creating. This is the reason you’re unable to access this separate product.   I hope this helps clarify the difference. We do find it really unfair receiving this 1 star review when you have received the product that you purchased as well as free updates. Kind regards, Brad Head of Customer Support

Hadn't used the site for several years…
Hadn't used the site for several years and was unable to download new PPT templates. Asked for support and received feedback a few moments later. The instructions provided worked like a charm and I now have some of the latest templates for my project.

Genuine Error Cost me More- poor back up from supplier
They say that you can get the measure of a organisation by the way it responds to complaints. So, take care when purchasing as I believe that this company is money grabbing and inflexible! When you click on UNLOCK FULL ACCESS, which you would expect to open a tab which explain what full access is. It doesn’t explain anything annd just adds an item to your trolley. Which is fine, BUT, if you don’t check out and revisit the page it adds another pack to your trolley. I have ADHD and got distracted a couple of times and ended up buying three single licences, which cost me more than the five licences deal! Now, I hear you say, well you ordered them. Which I fully accept was an error on my part, however the attitude of Jason at Infograpia was patronising and unhelpful. The company refuse to refund the difference, which is a shame as I was really looking forward to using the slides. I have raised a query with my credit card company, which may not go anywhere but this company needs to look at the relationship it has with its customers instead of employing sharp practice. Poor show Infograpia.

This company and refund policy is a joke. Buyer beware there are no refunds. There was some kind of system glitch and they charged me for two licenses. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Go spend your money on Canva!!

You have the flexibility to add or remove licenses from your cart as needed. All e-commerce websites automatically add items to the cart when selected by the user.
