Very positive experience
Brian was very low key, informative, and friendly when I was making my inquiries about purchasing this chair. I also had a very positive experience when contacting the corporate office re: my purchase. Great customer focus and very accommodating regarding my travel schedule and delivery- a 5 star rating.

Nice Chair- slightly disappointed
The cost of the chair should include installation. The remote is not user friendly, and should have more options. The fit of the chair is not how it was in the showroom.

Store is impressive
Store is impressive. Sales rep. was very helpful. If there was something that I would have like to see or change would be: Have a placket name tag with options the chair has. When you go to look at chairs there are certain chair you want to see and they have so many and they look the same except for a few options that you need to ask what chair your sitting in and what features it has. I would like to see the name of the chair and what options it has on the placket. It helps make a decision easier because of there research done prior to viewing.

Missing pieces and broken foot massager
My massage chair came missing piece is required to put it together name leave the clips for the foot rest. Additionally once I got it put together the foot rest has a mechanical malfunction and needs to be replaced and or fixed immediately. Hopefully my maintenance experience will be better than my initial buying experience.
