We love our chair. The only critique is that the chair didn't come with better instructions as to the functions, capabilities and best cleaning techniques.

The worst follow up service ever. I have a folder of promises emailed. Two have the same experience and we plan on driving our Chairs back to Costco at the end of the month for a full refund.

This is an amazing piece of furniture! Actually, it’s more than that and our whole family loves it! We are still learning it’s many functions but that is part of the fun. I purchased my chair from Costco with white glove delivery, when it was delivered these people had no idea what they were doing they scratched the chair stripped the top bolt for the side panel hooked the hoses up wrong the wire connection upside down, I called infinity they took forever to get a technician he contacted me by text message so my phone sent his unknown number to spam, He finally called and was very smug so I said forget it and I fixed the problems but now very Leary of if this thing is working correctly I will probably return it to Costco

Eric Delong was the best. Very patient and knowledgeable, even when I didn’t understand things at first. He not only fixed the problem but he taught me a lot. I feel very comfortable owning a Kyota chair with him in my corner.

Eric Delong is a junior tech. at Infinity Massage Chairs. Just got off the phone with him, and he was very professional, and nice to work with. He is assisting me in helping to get my chair repaired and fixing a boo boo that was made by the first scheduled repair company who waited until the day before to inform me that they do not service my area.

If I had only known before. Dealing with chronic back pain caused by a slipped disc as well as a pinched nerve, I still remember the nights I could not sleep because of pain, the days I had to call in to work because I couldn't. Now I have retrained my body thanks to my Infinity Evolution and sleep better then I ever have, and when I start to feel any sort of stiffness I have an Immediate solution. The chair is Choreographed in such a way To hit all the spots you need I love it thank you Infinity, don’t know how I ever managed without.

I ordered my chair in November and received it the week after Christmas. It was a heavy set of boxes, I admit there were concerns we wouldn't get it on the bedroom from the garage where the delivery man left it, but we did. Set up was easy. The chair is massive, and not silent, but it's great! I've used it every day since set up and my husband most every day. I did put a fitted sheet over it before I'm not sure how I would clean the fabric parts.
