I bought an Infinity Imperial from the original owner. They had moved houses and the left arm airbag wouldn't inflate. The Customer service and tech guys at Infinity are top notch. I talked to Blake and he didn't treat me like a second class citizen even though I told him the whole story and he knew I bought it from the original owner. He was very helpful and we were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed for a minimal amount of time and money. Also, I was kind of amazed how reasonable the prices would be for some of the used parts if that is what was needed. I highly recommend this company for sticking by their product and having excellent customer support.

For over 10 years I’ve loved using my Infinity chair for recovery after active days running, biking, golfing, hiking, volleyball, or whatever. When we bought another home, I 100% wanted another chair for that house. Rick Gallant was terrific in helping me select the right chair for me and arranging delivery. Bravo!

Our experience in purchasing, receiving, and support with our Infinity Massage Chair has been outstanding! Tiffany our sales rep was wonderful! Not only was she super knowledgeable, but fun and sweet as well, making our purchase experience awesome! The chair itself is so amazing! We have had it for about 2 months now and we use it all the time. We are sleeping better and feel so much better. The foot piece arrived damaged from shipping. Infinity sent us a new one right away and followed up to make sure it arrived and walk us through any install help needed. We highly recommend this product and company!

Overall this is a nice massage chair. Solid contruct, massages feel good, lots of options for different kinds of massages. The Blue tooth works well, speakers are high quality. Costco price was better than in the store but still at $7500 + $300 set up fee, I would expect a few extras. The remote is still very primitive. It should be a Touch screen to make it easier to use. There is no memory or settings that can be saved. Every time I use the chair, I have to press "the back setting" which adjust how high the back roller goes, how much pressure I want for the roller and how much pressure to have for the air massage. It really should have a memory button like they do in a car, press 1 and it would remember all the settings, level of pressure/Air, etc for each user. Pressure setting(4D) has only 3 options and they are still very light in pressure. I removed all the pads so I can feel the roller's pressure but I wish it had a higher pressure setting. Where the arms go for the arm air massage, my elbows hit a hard to touch part of the chair. I am 6.2 and my arms are long, but this is a small flaw in design. I have to push my arms all the way forward in the arm rest area to avoid touching the hard area. Overall I like the chair. This was a replacement for an Osaki chair that I had recently purchased from Costco but returned because the neck massage was very weak.

Evolution Max 4D is nothing less than a slice of Heaven! Delivered earlier than estimated. Easy to put together. It has all the bells and whistles! Somewhat of a learning curve to master all of the combinations of options available. I’m really not sure how we lived without it!

Outstanding experience from purchase, to delivery, to technical support, to using the chair almost daily. It is everything we wanted and works great. We learn something new on tailoring our massages every time we use it. Our favorite massage changes each day, which is a good thing!
