Infinity Massage Chairs should consider themselves lucky to have Heidi on their customer service team! I recently dealt with a complex situation involving a return and a swap for a different massage chair, and Heidi turned a potential headache into a breeze. The heavy massage chair required White Glove pick up as well as delivery. it also required a third party to give me credit for the return. The thought of navigating this complicated return situation return left me feeling lost. But Heidi completely changed the game. She at once understood my concerns about the situation. Heidi wasn't satisfied with just processing a return; she actively sought to understand my needs and took it upon herself to make it happen. What truly impressed me was Heidi's willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. She diligently reguarly followed up where things stood and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to Heidi's expertise and dedication, I had a very smooth return and swap process. She turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. If you're considering an Infinity Massage Chair, don't hesitate! And if you encounter any complications, ask for Heidi by name. She's a shining example of exceptional customer service and will ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

From the moment Heidi picked up the phone, she was very welcoming, attentive and understanding. I didn’t feel rush or dismissed. She was very professional and accommodating. I explained my issue and she rectified it immediately with no hassle. I spoke to her on Monday, sent my address on Tuesday and I received my replacement on Friday, all in the same wk. I work in the field where I service my community everyday. I make sure my interactions are great & everlasting. So, I’m really big on customer service and Heidi’s was phenomenal. Which made my experience even more phenomenal. Heidi, has left the same great, everlasting impression on me. Thank you so much and I appreciate you!

The chair is working perfectly. And the programs provided meet everyone’s needs in my family.

The Infinity team far exceeded our expectations. The white glove delivery service team were phenomenal as well. We had issues with the original chair and the company backed the warranty with a quick phone call and purchase verification. We know there are always issues, but extremely grateful when the manufacturer doesn’t hesitate to resolve the issue. We will be Infinity Massage chair people forever. This was the second chair we purchased from them and certainly got full milage out of the original. Incredible value and superb quality. Thank you for your follow up and really appreciate you and your company.

We have had several issues with our massage chair. Recently we reached out and no one has returned our phone call. The chair has stopped during the manual mode when running. This has happened many times over in the past month/weeks. Foot rest is now stuck in the partially up position and something is continuing to run when machine is turned off. We had to unplug it from the wall. Feeling very frustrated with the chair and customer service.
