Infinity Massage ChairsReviews of infinitymassagechairs.com

If you are in the market for a top-rate massage chair and a dealer that stands by their product. Look no further than massagechairstore.com I like to express my gratitude to the entire Massage Chair Store sales team, for taking the time to explain the design features of the Kyota Nokori M980 Syner-D massage chair. It took me a few chat messages and calls over the weekend to make up my mind about buying a chair, and I have no regrets. Due to their professionalism and commitment to excellence, their incredible 5-year warranty is what sold me on this chair. I can't say enough about the Kyota Nokori M980, which I purchased online from the Massage Chair Store.com, after delivery, I found myself spending hours sitting in this unbelievable chair I found it can be a wonderful way to relax and unwind, especially after a long day. The Kyota Nokori M980 Syner-D seriously eases muscle tension, improves circulation, and even reduces stress and anxiety. What I love the most about the M980, is the ergonomic design that your body conforms to and its different massage settings, its capability to take 2D+3D+4D choreographed massage combined with the heat feature, while sitting in a zero gravity seating position makes you feel as though you are on cloud 9 not to mention, while getting the deep tissue massage you can listen to ambient sounds, and really getting caught up in the moment from feeling that brisk breeze of the integrated air ionizer or even your music genres and its ability to store your own personal message in memory. And most of all, it has become a welcome addition to my home theater. I have become the envy of all my friends and family, they all fight for a chance to sit in the Captain's chair on movie nights. I cannot express to you, how it feels to get a massage while watching a movie or game on the 130-inch screen sitting in this chair, the only problem is, the M980 seems to want to take me on my own personal journey. I don’t think I’ve made it through any movie's opening credits or kick-offs from falling asleep. I leave it to your imagination. Thank you, Massage Chair Store.com for delivering a top-notch product.

Sales team were outstanding but the service afterwards wasn’t great. After the delivery team assembled our chair left, we noticed one of the arms didn’t work. The service team wasn’t very responsive. They told us they would be sending someone out in a couple of weeks but wouldn’t give us a date or time. They then called a couple days before to tell us they were coming in 2 days at this 3 hour time range and if we weren’t available, it would be another several weeks before might send someone out at a yet to be determined time or date

Thank you for your professionalism! So happy with our Kyota Nokori M980 - great chair . You have been absolutely amazing ! Highly recommended!

Heidi Connors was absolutely fantastic to handle my massage chairs parts order and followed up promptly. She was very professional and courteous during the entire time of almost a month. She is a great ambassador of your company. We will highly recommend Infinity to all our family and friends due to Heidi's excellent service. Thank You Heidi!

Good sales person and willing and easy to work with you

Bought the Infinity Pro massage gun and it’s turned out to be a great investment! My teen (avid 7 day/week runner) absolutely loves it. He uses it post workout, and says it’s made a big difference in his ability to fully recover. Also helps that the customer service is superb. After 18 months of regular use, we had an issue with the battery, and received immediate rectification and support from Heidi. She knew the exact issue the moment I called the customer service line, and she’s contacted me via email with regular replacement shipping updates and check ins. She’s exceptionally kind and represents her company extremely well. Super happy with this purchase!

I can’t say enough about the amazing customer experience and sales team at Infinity Massage !!! From the sales floor, to the customer care team all the way down to the delivery team I have to give everyone 10 STARS. Special THANKS to Page S. and Deborah L. !!! If you’re on the fence about buying a chair (I was for a year) rest assured that an investment in your health is the best investment and will be well spent on an Infinitely Massage chair.

We were sold a lemon! It’s been one problem after another and there is no urgency to fix the issues. Communication has been horrible regarding what the solution is, if parts are being ordered or not, when we’ll receive an update or when it will be fixed at all. This chair was a huge investment for us and we have yet to use it after 6 weeks of issues since it delivered.
