Have not yet make a claim. I was quoted one price and then charged more. Still waiting for a call back about the charge. Fast to call you to sell an auto protection plan not very fast on call back when you have questions

I would like to commend Infinite's customer service. I worked with Charles and was very impressed with his knowledge of the extended warranty. Charles was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. He was always available and I had confidence he would return my calls in a timely manner.
