INFĒRA Light TherapyReviews of infera-us.com

Great customer Service , I could see a change on my skin after few weeks , it’s a must have in my suitcase.

I purchased a red light device while attending a conference a few months ago, the sales person recommended me to use it on the stretch marks I had left after my pregnancy and to my surprise, the marks have faded and are less visible now. I am very satisfied with the results and I would highly recommend this company. I also got a set of skincare products from their brand and I am in love with the vitamin C serum, the smell and texture are amazing!

I purchased the product at a conference in Denver in October. Within two weeks I could not use the product. The Infered Mini kept turning off. I wrote to customer service on November 21st. On November 27th, they responded asking for more information. I sent the information on December 4th. I has been almost two weeks and I have heard nothing. The product was not worth the money at all if it isn't going to work. Their customer service is a joke. I wrote today to tell them that if I didn't hear from them by COB tomorrow I was going to dispute the sale, file a claim with my Attorney General's office and make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want my money back. Hoping that this get's their attention but it sucks to have to do this! UPDATE: Customer Service did replace my product after it took them about a month to do so. This was followed up by a series of emails asking me to take down this review. NOPE! That attitude confirms for me that these folks are in it for the money and do not give a HOOT about their customers. THEN their two co-founders decided to try to leverage mutual connections to reach out to me lying to them and saying that they had already tried. NOPE! Never happened. I honestly do not undertand how people stay in business this way but oh, capitalism I guess. Oh and if you notice their response below was generated by a BOT who forget to add in the actual email address or phone number of their customer service department. Wow, just wow.

I discovered this technology a few months ago while attending a conference, the sales person explain me the benefits and I could actually see real improvements on my skin appearance right away. I bought a set of the devices to use in my face/body and eyes and I love them! both devices are easy to use and I continue seeing results with every use. Overall I am a happy client and I would recommend the technology and devices to anyone looking to improve their skin condition.

Incredible products! Don’t hesitate to buy with confidence! I have been using the products for about 2 months and my skin has never looked and felt better!

I LOVE the red light therapy. I have the eye device, the Blue light and the bigger machine for the face. My optimologist recommended the one for the eyes… And I have been a customer for life since. Get the INFERA! You will not be disappointed. Investing thousands of dollars can sound a lot, but after you use it, you will understand the benefits and know you have made an amazing investment! I can’t say more about it! Best technology! Best company! My dermatologist and my friend who owns a med spa are also reps for them now…

Excellent products! Have been using for a while for my pain and for Anti Aging. My husband uses for his pain, and I have been seeing reduction in wrinkles and smoother akin. Get it!

I’ve been using the Infera red light treatment for many years. It’s an excellent product and it works on my skin. When I had a trouble with my first device, the company immediately replaced it.
