Generally very good. I would be great to get a bit more candidate information when an interview is scheduled; position they will be interviewing for, their phone number, etc. Right now we only receive the candidate name, email and the outlet to which they are interviewing. If we have numerous requests out it can get confusing. Also it would be nice to add a few additional questions to the request form to narrow down the type of candidates we are seeking.

Industry is great!! They communicate regularly and promptly, their dedication and integrity is high, and they work hard for results. I know of no other company who guarantees attended interviews (not even Indeed), and that is a win! I really like their business model and vision.
