Very bad experience....no one driver can get location....they don't howrah area ,how can they drive in this place....very bed system

on the first of september 2023,i booked a ride which a day prior from babcock university,i tried booking then i got a driver from your app his name is AGBOOLA DARE with the account number 2111238705 . that day when i booked it i wasn’t ready i just wanted to get a driver a day before,so he’ll come pick me,this man begged me to do it offline which i agreed,he came to my school rushing me and ended up wasting my time,unknown to me he is also picking 2 other girls,i was angry but i kept my cool cause i just wanted to go home. this man was just so aggressive and ngl i felt so uncomfortable throughout the trip he doesn’t even know the place he was asking me for the description like i’m a driver,i’m very angry i was going to let this slide but whenever i think about this i get angry the more and i don’t think i would want to use this app again … to cut the story short,this man dropped me halfway,i agreed to pay him 15k before he dropped me half way and told me to enter keke,just because he was carry 2 other girls !!! it was really embarrassing,dropping my load on the road going to call keke man,which i ended up paying the keke man with my own money (extra 2k) this man told me to send him 16k which we agreed on 15k before because on the app it was 13k that was there,he told me he got debited 2k which i told him i’ll reimburse him,this greedy man low key embarrassed me !!! AGBOOLA DARE it will never be well with you,you really messed up my day that day i can never forget it gives me PTSD whenever i look at this app !!! i pray and hope you lose your job you impatient b@stard !! greedy idiot !!!

You have to waste your time in negotiations with drivers who keep on demanding much higher than the rates indicated by the application at the time of start of booking. Thereafter, driver will call and speak in very rude manner. On complaint, no action is taken. I presume that the drivers are enrolled without any police verification or any kind of verification by the app owners. It is not clear as to why they are operating it when they are not taking any money from the drivers. I presume it is being operated by a group of hackers whose main purpose may be collections of personal date with online payment records. Be careful while dealing with this app and its drivers

non professional demanding double fare when you are middle of journey app fare is just used to trapping the customer drive come late to demand double money

When I started using Indrive, Drivers were more friendly than your average taxi driver, Clean cars,quick and professional, but now I think some criminal faces, started working for InDrive, Stinky and unclean vihicules is something very usual, sometimes the driver ask for permission if you can let him smoke however it's illegal, They show up with different cars with different license plate which is dangerous especially for girls and ladies this put them under the risk of getting robbed or molested, in the end of the ride they may ask you to cancel it to escape the app fee, the bad things we want to get rid of by switching to apps from taxis we are facing them of now, In conclusion, Indrive is the second best option after the tramway, from city to city there is no better option than the train Especially AlBoraq from Tangier to Casablanca. When using InDrive be strict and rigorous with the driver, don't give up any detail, a clean and legal car are your basic rights. Hoping and expecting Indrive to be more strict with the drivers P.S: Support were unreachable, I contacted them twice, and finally got a good reply, from now on I'll report every driver fraud

They are highly unprofessional. They charged me double amount and are not even refunding. Quality of cabs is also horrible. Any suggestions how can I get my money back

Drivers are liars who never turn up on time, call you to ask where you are ( surely that's what GPS is for?) and sexually harass/assault female passengers. There is no complaint system - they just ignore you

am making a on the behalf of of a close friend of mine who was RAPED yesterday by a in driver. Driver need to drive vehicle that are shown in the app and have respect for people. We go through alot mostly females cause they are emotional and tend to be strong even when hurting inside so i beg if there cannot be a update to keep people safe to rid of these types of people who are dishonesty and hurt people.
