I was waiting for a driver that accept my request and after 5 minutes waiting, the driver canceled the request so now I need to wait some days from the bank to refund my money.

This company has no security. Today the driver attacked me to steal my stuff and break my phone. I filed a complaint with the company and I have not received any response. I do not recommend you to use this company especially if it is at night or... if you are a foreigner. Their alternative, Uber, is safer in Egypt

worst and the worst service. high charges and drivers are very unprofessional. initially when indrivers came in the market it was charging fare price but from last 1 years the price is higher than uber sometimes. drivers they accept it and cancel it without informing the customer. I will never prefer this for traveling.
