Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. No return ticket… Shame
Response from IndotrickscooterOct 9, 2026
Hi Thierry, we're truly sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing, and we understand your frustration. Regarding the return label, our standard return procedure does not include prepaid labels. In your case, the information provided did not allow us to confirm the reported defect, which is why we requested additional checks. Nevertheless, we have already sent you the return instructions by email, along with the necessary information to proceed. If you're able to share additional details showing the reported issue with the scooter fully assembled, we'd be more than happy to review them further and assist you accordingly if a defect is confirmed. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and remain available to help you with the next steps.

Great trampoline trick scooter
My son really likes the scooter overall, having great fun doing the tricks on the trampoline with it. A few of the bearings had to be tightened after a few days, so need to examine those again this week if they have come loose again but hopefully the second tightening has solved the issue Fast on time delivery within a few days

Thanks for the great review, Daire. Really glad to hear your son’s been having fun with the scooter and sending tricks on the trampoline. Also appreciate you mentioning the bearings, hopefully that second tighten does the trick as everything settles in. And awesome to hear delivery got to you nice and fast too!
