Given full refund
Ordered 2 rugs but had to cancel because I needed them right away. I was given a full refund. A discount came up automatically that I did not ask for. Please dismiss my last review as it was for a different company. My apologies. New home. Ordering lots of rugs.

Dear Jane! you didn't even buy any of our rugs or any product from our shop. Unfortunately, you attemped to access discounts through unauthorized means which goes against our principles and is not something we can condone. We sent you an email communicating it and refunded 100% of your puchase immediately. In this sense, reviewing a rug that you didn't even receive is not acceptable.

Natural ornaments to adorn home and gifts
I was attracted to the basket ornaments because I am a traditional California basket weaver and was looking for something to hang on my dried yucca blooms this year. They came in perfect condition, variety of designs, lightweight, and beautiful!

Lovely Blue Round Placemats!
When I saw the placemats in my Google search results, I fell in love with them immediately! I navigated to the site, placed the order, and within one week received them in a nicely packaged box. Love the simplicity of the website, including the super easy checkout process.

The customer service was immediate and excellent when I had a question. It shipped and arrived promptly. The quality of the products is exquisite… much better than similar at Pottery Barn or other places that sell similar products.
