The customer service was great. They did stand behind their guarantee, I had a few issues and after sending them many pictures the blinds were replaced free of charge. Would recommend!

The customer service and communication were really good. The product is very good and the price was great. The first shipment were the wrong blinds, but they replaced them promptly with a great product and gave us a small refund for the trouble. I would order from them again.
