I ordered the Inch-inerator 12/04/24 and received 01/09/25. I Had to inquire about my accessories and free gift I never received. Finally got the accessories never got the free gift, they stated they will check with the fulfilment department. After using the Inch-inerator about 10x it started to make a very very loud knocking noise and very woobly. When I picked up the Inch-inerator you can hear the screws that fell out inside. I was told to send in a short video showing the damage. I was emailed back to say that the item couldn't be replaced due to the limited warranty but they could refund 20% as a gesture of good faith.

To all who are having refund issues. If you paid with PayPal put in a dispute to get a refund. It's always worked for me to get my money back. If you paid with a credit card, their might be something they can do to provide you with a refund. Thanks for providing your honest feedback so others don't fall for this scam.

SCAM- they actually sent me two and charged me for each of them, when I only ordered one. I tried to return the extra with much runaround. I don’t even have a return address. They suggested I give the extra one to a friend. This company just wants your money and now I’m stuck with two of these. They will not let me return the extra machine and refuse to give me credit.

They sent me a different machine from what I ordered. The free gifts they promise, I still haven't received and it's been about a month. They claim they shipped them separately from the machine but didn't even bother to reach out and say so until I reached out complaining. I've requested a refund multiple times over the last few weeks and they refuse to respond.

If I could give a zero I would! I order from Inchinerator in November 2024 and today is April 12th and I’m still having problems with receiving all of my order. I have received the Incherator, which is not what they advertised. Instead it’s cheaply made. Also I still haven’t received The Red Light Belt. The last response I got was the logistics team has sent it out 3 times and each time they have been lost, which I think is BS. They say that they are from the United States but when they ship it’s from China and you can never talk to customer service. Don’t buy from them!!! ***Update*** 4/18/2025- They sent me another tracking number, so I tracked it and it was delivered to someone else’s Front Porch/Door in Spokane,WA. Not my address, not even close State wise either. I have asked for the full refund, so I will update when I hear back from them. It has been 5 months!!!

Don't fall for the 60 day money back guarantee because when you even ask about it out of curiosity, she will avoid answering it and after ten tries offer a 20% refund. They are not based in the US despite what the website says. Neither is Ashley from customer service. Ships from China and will never be delivered. Replies once a day and will avoid any question you ask. No money back at all. Made such a mistake falling for this trap. Don't take my word for it, just look at the other reviews and look at the refund policy closely.

This company is a SCAM! The website says that you can get a 60 day money back guarantee. The product looked used and the free items didn’t come with it. I emailed and a lady named Ashley replies every 2 days with the same statement talking about a 15% refund. I haven’t used the product, and I haven’t received the free products. She stated, that the free items ship separately. She didn’t say that until I told her about this matter. I’m in a dispute with Affirm with this company. It doesn’t look like the product that was shown online when purchased. A rule of thumb going forward is not to order from a company without an 800 number. Please do not order from them!!

Scam - Beware Dont Purchase, It took a while but I receved a knock off cheap made one instead - They wouldnt reply to my emails until I reversed the charges with my C/C. The site says fast shipping - wrong, the site says dont buy knock offs get the inchinerator - Really funny - They are scamming people, They wanted me to reverse the money back - I told them to send me the correct item with a return shipping label for the cheap one they sent me. That I would be glad to return it when I received the correct one. Also I never got the cheap gifts they claim to ship separately. I have proof with emails & no responses, Bad Customer Service - Due to being a scam - There is no customer service. I told them if they didnt get back to me I would be writing a review on Trust Pilot - No response. Its sad you cant even make purchases anymore, unsure if your dealing with scammers - I checked several brands on here - evidently I thought I checked this one out before the purchase but couldnt find info on them. They also dont have any way of leaving feedback for your purchase even though they have fake feedbacks attached to their site.
