Do not buy this machine! it worked fine for the first couple of months and then by 10 months in - it just died - stopped working and won't turn back on! we contacted the company and they said because we did not purchase the extended warranty that there was nothing they could do... however if we gave them a 5 star rating on this platform they would send me a new one... what a scam just to get some good reviews! horrible company... shitty product! you should be ashamed of yourselves! brutal!

Do not buy this is a big big scam it's not even the same one that's in the video they'll offer you free products when you buy the product I had to file with the better Business bureau and it's been almost 9 months and I still have not received my free items when you file with the better Business bureau do not close the case because they promised that they will give you the free items when it is in stock they lie you should have never sold me the product without the free items

I order the vibrating plate that offered up to 4 free items for a total cost under $300 which seemed worth it but it turned out I was placed on warranty subscription automatically. After finally cancelling the automatic crap And several emails later I never received any of the free things let alone a user manual. Just a vibrating plate for $300. the phone number is bogus as well, a guy answers and says wrong number.

Warning! Lifetime Warranty offered is a ripoff. I purchased the Inch-Inerator along with their $29.99 Lifetime Warranty. After approx 20-25 uses I heard something rattling inside. The next day something disconnected and it stopped vibrating. I contacted support and they had me send them a minimum of 5 photos, a 10+ second video showing the problem, receipt, and a copy of the shipping label which I no longer had but sent them the FedEx email and ultimately after a few weeks they authorized the warranty but said I'd need to pay shipping. That seemed fair so I asked for a link to pay shipping. To my surprise, they sent me an invoice for $108.99 for what they called, reshipment. I wrote back and explained that I had paid for a lifetime warranty and their shipping price is outrageous. They responded that they will not reduce the price for shipping and even wrote on the shipping invoice, "You saved $100". I am disgusted with them. When I received the item I was excited but surprised it only weighted a few pounds and seemed cheaply made but it worked. You do need to be careful because if you are not perfectly centered on it, it will tip over. My sisters both have LifePro vibration plates that work similarly, weigh significantly more, and are very stable. Both have been using them for almost a year. My older sister and her husband weigh approx 250lbs and 350lbs respectively. After getting no help from InchInerator at getting a fair shipping price and learning they don't stand behind their product or what I feel is a fake lifetime warranty, I decided to purchase the LifePro 4d Pro version. My sisters have the Wave model but I wanted the 3-motor system for max vibration options. It should arrive today. If you decide to go with the Inch-Inerator, just know it's flimsy and you'll pay over 50% of new to fix or replace it when it fails. Since they are in China, they don't even want the failed unit back, they just want to sell you a new one and pretend your extended warranty is saving you$. The unit sells for $199 plus $30 for warranty so basically $229 plus tax. Shipping is free on initial purchase. Replacement is $109 plus the $29 you pay for warranty so a fully warranted product really costs $138 instead of $199. This is a total scam 110% - they will not even reply to me to tell when the machine will be shipped. BUYER BEWARE, do not buy this product. Many other options on the market - buy those. TOTAL, total scam and I never like to discuss, yet I wish I had read the reviews first. BUY from somewhere else ... No customer service - No product ever delivered

THIS FIRM HAS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF ANY NETWORK PLATFORM AND OF ALL FROM FACEBOOK I juste got my parcel and as all the people write here it was a different machine and NO FREE GIFTS with the order, so I suppose this are great chinese scamers and DON'T BUY THIS SHIT...I will inform the internet Police about them as they have to take care that such companies didn't stay alive, I wrote them today if they don't answer me I will give all to the police. But I will also inform FB that such a company has nothing to do with the internet and that those scamers have to be blocked forever.....so pay attention and don't buy this shit.......

After 7 months use, the machine has started making a continuous high tone sound which inceases in volume the longer you run the machine. I had purchased insurance as it was advertised as important to ensure your device kept running. When I contacted them, I sent a video and was told I was eligable for a free replacement but I had to pay shipping and handling. On further enquiery about how much that was, I received an invoice for $119.88. I queried why it was so expensive and recieved the following: "Please note that the handling and shipping fee varies depending on your location. Additionally, the original discounted price of the machine is $199 with free shipping for bundle purchases, not $99. If you have subscribed to our shop’s warranty options, you are eligible for a free replacement machine; however, you will be responsible for the handling and shipping fee. If you still wish to proceed, please pay the said amount." So, because I live in the Uk, I am expected to pay $119.88 to recieve a new product which [might also become faulty in 7 months]. It is cheaper to buy a vibration plate on amazon and I wish I had shopped around before purchasing the inchineratoer as there are so many similar products out there at a cheaper price that work the same, if not better.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! 3rd and final update and since I received the package. No free gifts just as everyone else had said. And I have requested 3 seperate times (including immediately after ordereing once I saw that it changed to a monthly charge) for them to remove the MONTHLY FEE that on the website said one time fee. I just emailed them again last week - they sent me a long letter with completely illegal jargon about their policy and said THAT I CANNOT STOP PAYING that charge until after the full 2 months. So today, they charged me AGAIN 9.90 for warranty and .78 cents tax! This is so ridiculous - there is no way this company is truly in Beverly Hills like their website states. I ran their letter through AI and it told me everything they state is illegal in the state of CA. So, they have been reported. I had to warn others. Update 1- I got a response from them today telling me it has shipped and a tracking number, so that is good! I am more hopeful. Will update a final time once we receive it. Original message: I would love to try this product that I have already paid for, but unfortunately it has not update or shipped 7 days later. No response from customer service when I try to get some information. Also-- beware-- I signed up for a one time warranty and they enrolled me into a monthly payment plan for that! I emailed them straight away to correct that and have heard nothing back a week later. Super disappointed
