It’s a well made piece of equipment and it arrived faster than I thought from following the tracking information but what appeared to be a slightly expensive device somehow became dramatically more expensive at the last moment of purchase. I’m pretty certain I could have bought a lot cheaper at the local pharmacy.

I did not like that the shipping of this order could not be sent to the address I use for package deliveries. I use a Canada Post Flex Delivery address so that I can pick them up as I am often not at home during weekday normal working hours. The Flex Delivery address is a local Canada Post location inside a Rexall Pharmacy. It would be good if you communicated the fact deliveries cannot be fulfilled to any Flex Delivery address on your FAQ page or shipping information webpages. Other than this shipping problem I have only positive comments. The courier was quick, friendly, and communication was excellent.

Cap is small, bill is long. Its adjustable for making it looser or tighter but the actual cap itself is small.

Took a while to get delivered and the product is not really well made. There is stitching where there shouldn’t be, and there is loose stitching in some places around the brim. They are nice and lite weight, but I don’t think they will last long with the loose stitching. Especially after they are washed…

I ordered 3 hats, got billed for 4, but only 3 arrived. They appear to be of good quality.

The hats are great fit is excellent, very light. However, getting the shipping information and tracking was very difficult for this order and took a lot longer than expected.

It took several months to receive the product that I ordered. This is ridiculous. I must say, however, that you did keep me informed of the shipping status. I will not be ordering again.
