Never received my order. Company said it was delivered. Told me to check neighbors, bushes, post office, etc. Order is lost and no offer of refund or replacement from company. Will never order from them again!!!!!

Ordered in early April, it is now June and nothing has been received. Fake tracking info provided, last update 5/20. No response for request for refund.

Extremely poor!! Do not purchase from this company. Inalltogether is just NOTHING sent, nothing received- they keep your money in all together!!

This company is a scam sent me a tracking number after 1 month said it was coming from Italy after not receiving the order said it was the wrong tracking number and the new tracking said from China the tracking is a fraud. Do not buy from this company

Scam - I stupidly ordered a ton of the Easter Bunnies for a large party of children. We received tracking info but no products ever arrived. A sad $300 lesson to learn!

This company is a scam. When the package never arrived I checked them out today on scamadviser and the website is classified as "suspicious" - operating out of China using a fake US address. In February I ordered 3.plush Easter bunnies for my children for Easter. I did received “tracking” advice which doesn’t tell you much but does suggest the product is on its way. You don’t know which delivery company has the item, so you can’t contact them. The tracker stopped updating on March 29th as items sent to middle of nowhere so there’s been nothing for 15+ days despite the item supposedly not being far away now. I contacted inalltogether on April 1st to ask what is going on, as it’s been 6 weeks since I ordered. An automated response arrived in less than 1 minute, which isn’t even enough time for anyone at their end to read or investigate my complaint. It said the item is in transit please be patient. That sounds like a standard response to the many complaints they must receive. I asked for an update and to open an investigation to where the items are and they won't respond to that. It’s pretty clear this whole operation is The company's US address is attached to another scam site ("Reciprocatl") with even worse customer reviews.

That sounds like a standard response to the many complaints they must receive. I asked for a refund and they won't respond to that. It’s pretty clear this whole operation is a scam. Also communications are clearly not coming from the US as the site suggests. The company's US address is attached to another scam site ("Reciprocatl") with even worse customer reviews.
