I ordered two sets of Stay Another Day decals but received one set in the wrong color. I contacted customer service to let them know, and while they responded immediately and requested photos of what I received, I have not heard back to know what they intend to do to make my order right. The decals I received seem to be great quality, I would just like to get the ones I ordered or receive a refund if they’re not available. Just waiting to hear back.

Ordering was easy, product is great. The time to ship and actually arrive…. Took close to 2months. Saying it was coming from Italy, going thru NJ. Disappointing in that regard.

There was confusion when I ordered because the order initially totaled $23.98. Then when it showed up on my bank statement (debit) the total was $31.xx. I did send an email questioning the difference in the amount and I was refunded the difference. The bank debit said the seller was Ridgeback Construction (this also had me confused). I was disappointed to find out the product was being shipped from France so I incurred an international fee.
