I had made a mistake on my order and yall were able to resolve it

It took it’s time to get my delivery through Amazon but after a week it came.

Customer Service Was Real Nice They Helped Me

I received a damaged chair that the company did not make good on. They sent me a replacement part in a completely different color … Wanted to give me $100 off a nearly $800 chair. After repackaging into new, sturdy boxes at my expense, I am still waiting on pick up shipping labels and a refund … with 3 months of emails. -0- stars.

I have been emailing for days It’s the wrong product I need a refund or an exchange

Well made cat house and not difficult to put together, although I wish it had markers as to where some of the screws were to be placed. I’d highly recommend this pet house.

Our order arrived quickly. Just what I expected. Easy ordering process.

Prompt and efficient.
