Customer experience challenges
Hi - I did not receive an email confirmation or the item. I have no record of the purchase that I know I made. I tried to follow up with no luck. Please advise. Thank you.

Company sent the wrong base
Company sent the wrong base. My car seat is useless without a base for the car

Our product descriptions detail that our bases only fit our strollers and that other strollers are not suitable. However we checked the order and your stroller was not purchased from our website so this is not available. Please be aware of this.

Ordered tub 2 weeks ago still no tub
Ordered tub 2 weeks ago. Still no tub. They never provided an estimated delivery date at time of purchase. When I press “track package” it just says that they will give details when they receive package.

Damaged chair, lots of promises but no action!
I received a damaged chair that the company did not make good on. They sent me a replacement part in a completely different color … Wanted to give me $100 off a nearly $800 chair. After repackaging into new, sturdy boxes at my expense, I am still waiting on pick up shipping labels and a refund … with 3 months of emails. -0- stars.
