Change of subscription fee
When i purchased 1 year subscription for PE, you charged 75$, and now you reduced to 50$. Even when my 1 year subscription has not ended yet. I expected refund for extra charge only, or extension of subscription at least.

I use the Extractor and the Gif Maker
I use the Extractor and the Gif Maker. But it was the last time I bought. It's getting more expensive every year. With the new version of the Gif Maker, there are problems with the videos. It doesn't record straight and the videos are jerky
