Everything i need it too

was fast and easy

I was using your product extractor and it worked wonderfully, but I had to reformat my laptop and now my license will no longer work. I paid $125USD for an unlimited license and your site and system won't recognize it. You can say the product has reached end of life, but to now make any of pay $300USD for a new lifetime license is robbery. You could have at least offered an upgrade discount. The fact you won't even answer my support email speaks loudly. I won't give you another dime and would warn others to be careful with your money and this company.

I can’t open your program on my pc and I’ve already paid for it. I’ve used it on my pc before, butttt it’s refusing to open now.

My name is DreaXPlatinum. I like this product, but I wish the maker would give free months to repeat buyers sometimes. If we have been using this product for 12-24 months... then we should be awarded a bonus month sometimes or something.

Useful, reliable, very useful.
