Great program, spotty customer service.
Love the program, but upset that it ceased working. Customer service is spotty, I needed to call multiple times over a couple of weeks to get a rep. They explained that with all the Windows updates in the past twenty years the program will not function properly anymore, and that’s why they cut it off. (Yes, I’ve had it forever and use it for all kinds of designs). So I certainly got my money’s worth, but it is frustrating that I have to buy the program again to access my own work. Thank you Microsoft! But the program is user friendly, and works great for furniture design, home layouts and furniture placement… all kinds of projects where you need to visualize and play around, so I went ahead with the purchase. I do wish they had given more than a 20% discount for the new program.
