Very quick on collections
Very quick on collections. Higher than normal interest charges. All around a bad choice to switch to this new shell elite card.

Since Shell Oil went to Imprint for payment, it has been nothing but problems. When you log on to pay your bill, you do not have choice of date to pay bill. You can only have one bank account registered to pay with. I went on 10 days early to pay my bill and had to use virtual assistant to change the date for payment. Then did not get a confirmation number. Called and again got virtual assistant. Hung in there and finally got to talk to a real person. He apologized and was in agreement that Imprint needs to clean up the mess for payment. I will wait one more month, if it is not a smoother experience, I am cancelling my Shell card. Too much to pay your bill.

I was buying an airline ticket on my HEB Visa card managed (should say mismanaged) by Imprint. I called Imprint prior to the purchase since it was $6200 to let them know it was not a fraudulent charge. When I bought the ticket - Imprint declined the charge. I called Imprint and after being left on hold for 50 minutes, hung up and used my Capital One card. Fast Forward: I went to use my HEB card today and it was declined. I called Imprint and they said they want a copy of my Capital One bank statement showing I made the charge on other card. I told them it was none of their business and would not provide it. I did give them a copy of my drivers license and passport to verify my identify. I also said I would go into HEB and proof my identity if needed. IMPRINT is still wanting my Capital One bank statement and I will not provide it - I told them if they were so concerned about a fraudulent charge, why was my card not closed at the time instead of waiting a month later to inquire about it. I also was trying to figure out where Imprint call center was located because I was having a hard time understanding what they were saying. (Think Phillipines). Imprint is still refusing to remove the suspension until I provide my Capital One statement - I would just close this card but I use this card all the time. IMPRINT IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid my LAST Shell billing of, $35.04., that was my Account Balance, based on the invoice that I received from Imprint. I sent it to Imprint & closed out my Shell account. I was then billed, $103.45, from Imprint. I was/am FURIOUS! I have been trying to solve this FRAUD, for 2 1/2 months! The BBB is involved. I also contacted Imprint Corporate in N.Y. I am one of many, with fraudulent charges from Imprint!

I was advised to sign up for this card when my wife and I were purchasing Holiday Inn Vacation Club membership. If I would have known about the problems with this place I would have never given them my name or any credit information. Because HIVC charged the closing and down payment this made the balance about $5000. They strongly suggested that I setup for the payments to be drafted from my bank account... When I setup for the full amount to be paid the payment was transferred... but then the next day another payment was drafted from my account. So the payment draft was duplicated. I called about this and they tried to blame this on me ... come on here people!!! Then to make matters worse, when I call them to get things straightened out.. all of their customer service people are trying to talk English but I cannot understand them because English is their 2nd language, and it is very obvious they have not been able to communicate very well at all. I would ask for a supervisor but the person would try to convince me to work with them... I finally had to say "I cannot understand you" ..... anyway when I get credited this duplication payment I will be canceling this card ASAP

Today is Aug 4th. My payment is due Aug 8th. I received a call on Aug 3rd from Imprint's "collection" department for my Payment due 8/8. Cindy, csr, told me it's because I didn't pay my July pmt of 69.00, when in fact, I paid a total of $119.00, according to the printed bill from their website. I am currently waiting for a callback from their Management because I did not want to take this out on Cindy.

Every negative review you see here about Shell/Imprint is pretty much a summary of my experience. Only way to have the bill payed on time is to give IMPRINT my bank info on their website. I refuse to let Imprint tell me how I have to pay my bill. I pay all my bills directly through my bank and have no issues with others. My bank gives negative feedback for Imprint stating payment takes 10-15days to be received and processed. By the time I receive my shell/imprint statement, I barely have time to send payment. Shell-- you just lost another long-time customer! If you lose Imprint, we might come back. I am presently on hold (40 min & counting) with Imprint rep waiting for her to waive (again) $40 in addt'l fees they've added to my account after I was told by last rep I wouldn't be charged. I have spent a grand total of 2 1/2 hours on cust serv calls to Imprint since June 2026. Not anymore...I'm done! Closing this account today and going to another gas card.

Is zero stars an option? Imprint Payments credit card management is experiencing significant payment processing delays and unfair late fee assessment. My cobranded account issued through Imprint Payments partner bank (First Electronic Bank) has failed to post on-time payments, resulting in predatory late fees and the wrongful cancellation of my deferred interest promotional contract. Attempts to resolve this billing dispute through Imprint Payments customer service have failed due to nonexistent phone support, automated chat loops, and unreturned help tickets. Imprint Payments is failing to maintain accurate transactional logs, leading to arbitrary account locks and uncredited payments. This structure forces a negative credit impact without a viable path for consumer dispute resolution.
