High interest rates right off the bat, even before their card arrived. Non existent services, yet if they call I bet they want that answer right away. The worst I've ever to deal with. 00000 rating. Date of experience is a guess.

Imprint is an awful credit card company. If you are signing up for a credit card that is backed by Imprint, steer yourself away. 1) Predatory interest rates - comparatively worse than your standard Visa and Master Cards, 2) the card is repeatedly declined when you try to use it at a whole host of businesses. I have tried to use it a total of 8 times and it has been blocked each time when trying to shop at everything from clothing to gas. If your Imprint card is part of a loyalty system, this 'security feature' prevents one from using the card on a recurlar basis and accruing loyalty points 3) logging into the website it onerous. You have to put in your phone number and have only 30 seconds to put in the one-time passkey. I never get the code in time. and if you attempt this more than 2 times, you get locked out of the account.

I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to resolve a hold on my account. My card was locked, and despite repeatedly submitting the requested identification and following every instruction, I was eventually told my foreign-issued passport could not be accepted and that I needed a U.S.-issued ID or Green Card. I completely understand and appreciate strong security measures. My frustration is with the lack of clear communication and the amount of time it has taken to resolve this. This is especially time-sensitive because I need to spend $1,500 within a specific timeframe to qualify for my bonus, yet the account hold is preventing me from doing so. I appreciate the supervisor finally escalating the issue, but customers should not have to go through multiple agents and repeated document submissions to understand what is required. If customers are expected to meet strict deadlines, Booking.com should also provide a timely and consistent verification process.

My elderly father paid his last Citi Shell bill before having a stroke and becoming unable to drive. He never received an Imprint Shell card. They have been sending bills with fraudulent charges and late fees and calling to harass him for payment. I would give zero stars if possible for harassing an elderly man over less than $150 that he does not owe on a credit card he never received despite being notified by phone and in writing that he never received the card.

Imprint should be minus a thousand stars. Everything possible went wrong. Worse credit card ever, and I have excellent credit score. The staff lied and lied. Only one so-called supervisor was a human and told the truth. Crate n Barrel's credit card was sold to them. Even Crate n Barrel did nothing about the misuse of Imprint's bad service, misapplied payments, late fees, charges, etc. And this went on for 6 months. Kept taking auto payments on zero balances and wouldn't refund the money until Federal Agencies got involved. Then kept lying n blaming customers. Where's the class-action lawsuit against them?

Lass than 1 star on hold for over 1/2 hour to get account unlocked. Tried twice while waiting the 2nd time I applied for a new credit card somewhere else not running through Imprint ....stay clear. I did not ask for this service Shell Platinum switched to them who I had a previous card with.

The H-E-B Visa card is an excellent card. Really. It gives you 5% cash back on every H-E-B / Central Market purchase, and if you’re a heavy H-E-B customer, it’s very effective. But Imprint, who operates this card, have the annoying tendency of taking the payment from your bank account, and then taking another 14-21 days to actually apply the payment to your balance. I had at least 4 different occasions where my card was rejected in a store in the past year, although the payment I made was taken from my bank account 5-7 days earlier. I had several occasions of my credit score being impacted because of having a balance I allegedly didn’t pay. Today I closed my account with them. H-E-B is an excellent chain and I’ll continue buying my groceries there. But the service Imprint provides is unacceptable and I won’t be doing business with them anymore.

Never got a card. Did not know my account number. Took 5 months for them to get shell accounts in computer. My credit score was 850 and they dropped me down for not paying a $50 charge that had additional charges of $136 because I could get no information from them. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE.....
