Placed order it was two weeks with no shipment progress/activity. Emailed company several times with no response. The contact number is a fake phone number that rings…. Sent an email to cancel order ( never apologized) assuming the product was out of stock… finally received a response. Do NOT order from this place!

Terrible return and refund experience. Their customer service phone number is out of service so you have to email them. I ordered an item that went out of stock after my order and still don't have a refund, they were not responding to inquiries about when item would be shipped which is how I figured out it was out of stock.

This desk is NOT worth the price with the lack of customer service and tech-support. In February of this year I purchased the SlayStation® Pro 2.0 Tabletop + Vanity Mirror for $1414.50. The desk comes in a 1000 pieces which takes a full day to assemble. The quality is pretty basic and comparable to IKEA furniture. My mirror stopped working in September within the year warranty. When I contacted the company I was told their tech was on vacation and for me to follow up with them in (5) weeks, only to then be told I am financially responsible for shipping the extremely large mirror back to the company. I am now on week (7) of a nonworking mirror. My experience is tech-support is nonexistent and you are financially responsible even when product is within warranty.

Do not buy these mirrors. They are nothing but overpriced cheap JUNK. They are not built to last. And customer service is zero help.

Extremely poor quality. If you want to return the product (vanity stand mirror) , you have to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee. I would definitely not recommend ordering from them again. Quality poor, customer service worse.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered! They sent me a defective mirror and said I had to pay to ship it back for repair. Shipping is 300. I don't want something that has to be shipped back and forth anyway. I am shipping back for a refund. We will see if they give me trouble refunding my money.

Super cheap quality. I’ve had mine for a little over a year and right at the year mark it started falling apart. A ton of pain chipped in the process of putting it together but after a year the wood started splitting and raising and after you put makeup in any of the drawers even if they’re in containers I guess the thin wood of the drawers somehow soaks up the oil so there will be huge oil spots all in the drawers. The vanity is pretty and I wanted to love it but it’s very very very crap quality and customer service is of course no help and want to be rude after it’s been a year. Too expensive of a piece to fall apart and get nothing when u show and tell them what’s happened. Terrible company.

I’ve bought multiple items (hello kitty mirrors) from the compact , to the desk mirror and the mini desk mirror and they’ve all been a deceptional . I was excited to have purchased and use them just for them to not work . 1/3 the mini hello kitty led desk mirror was completely useless , came broken out the pack NEVER WORKED . 2/3 my compact mirror didn’t even last six months with fresh batteries abd all bought new ones twice to ensure it was them but NO the mirror light just doesn’t work, The same thing again. Their mirrors are so pretty be so badly made . Their lights unfortunately suck and it’s all a rip off , products messed up and broken.
