Impressa FingerprintingReviews of impressafingerprinting.com

I had an excellent experience with Impressa Fingerprinting. They went far beyond being just a professional fingerprinting service — they supported me through the entire preparation of my documents for my Italian citizenship application. They handled everything with incredible care and speed: requesting background checks, managing apostilles, and arranging legalized translations. The whole process felt organized and stress-free thanks to their guidance. A special thank you to Allen, who assisted me throughout. He was always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. His attention to detail and willingness to explain each step made a complicated process feel simple.

Allen, at Impressa Fingerprinting, provided outstanding support with my international FBI and multi-state background checks, including full coordination of apostille and certified translations. What could have been a highly complex and bureaucratic process—especially navigating requirements in Italy—was made straightforward through his truly turnkey service. Allen is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. He was consistently responsive, personable, and proactive at every step. Beyond executing the required services flawlessly, he also offered valuable advice that helped me avoid potential delays and unnecessary additional expenses. His guidance alone saved me significant time and stress. I highly recommend Allen and Impressa Fingerprinting to anyone in need of background check fingerprint services, apostille services, certified sworn translations, or comprehensive support with international documentation.

We cannot thank Allen from Impressa Fingerprinting enough for the incredible support he provided in helping us finally obtain our wedding certificate from California while living in Australia. This was something we had been trying to do on our own and even through VitalChek for nearly two years with no success due to various requirements we could not achieve being outside of California. From the moment we contacted Allen, everything changed. He took full ownership of the entire process, guided us with absolute professionalism, and coordinated every detail seamlessly. What had been a stressful, impossible-feeling task suddenly became easy. Allen handled everything with efficiency, clear communication, and genuine care. Allen made the whole experience effortless. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to helping us were truly above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. If you need help navigating U.S. documentation from overseas, do not waste your time struggling on your own go straight to Allen at Impressa Fingerprinting. He turned something that felt unachievable into a smooth, stress-free success. We are so grateful for his support and couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Very highly recommended. Impressa made it super easy to price, schedule, pay, and complete the full digital fingerprint scan for my FBI background check. They handled everything from start to finish, and even met me directly at my office for the in person scan. FBI background check arrived via email in less than 2 business days after. Amazing service and customer support. Thank you!
