I live in Italy and am applying for Italian citizenship. This means I needed police reports (background checks) from several states and the FBI, as well as other documents. It's virtually impossible to get the necessary fingerprints in Italy, and would have been a massive project full of frustration. Not only does one need the background checks, etc., all documents need to have an "apostille" attached, and needs to be translated by a certified translator in an Italian court. Impressa came to us, took fingerprints, and obtained all the documents, including apostille and translations, quickly and painlessly. It simply would not have been possible without them. And considering the complexity of the task, their fee was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Not too sure where to begin about Allen and his team at Impressa Fingerprinting (based in the US and Europe), but after living in Albania for over 1 1/2 years, I decided to move my family and I to a Schengen Country. Wonderful experience dealing with Allen and impressa. I was a bit hesitant at first but the whole process was fast, simple, and efficient. Allen took care of everything and even met me close to my work. He explained every detail to me and made sure I understood everything prior to signing. He even ensured my fingerprints were done perfectly to avoid problems later. The timing was also quite fast on impressa's part as well, the whole process took a couple months but the majority of that was indicative of Canadian processing times. I was in a hurry to get my FBI Criminal Record and followed by a USDOS apostille for a Citizenship application. First I needed to get fingerprinted to attach to my request to the FBI. Allen was really tremendous in helping organize and flawlessly execute all the steps to get my background checks in line. I needed them from the US (CT & NJ), the UK , Ireland and Switzerland. I was able to deal with Switzerland (very Swiss all streamlined, online and efficient) and Ireland myself, only because my sister lives in the same town as the police station.
