Desde ese día, acabe usando exclusivamente Imperium Hosting como mi host para juegos. En todos estos años no tuve un trato tan rápido, eficaz, eficiente y con una tanta implicación a la hora de resolverte los problemas como lo tengo aquí. Hasta hicieron caso de algún consejo que les di con respecto al uso del panel de control (cosa que pensé caería en saco roto). Desde luego, no puedo estar mas que contento con sus servicios, y de seguir así, conmigo tendrán cliente para rato. I have been a user of this type of service for more than 10 years. This host was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give it a try. From that day on, I ended up exclusively using Imperium Hosting as my gaming host. In all these years I have not had such a fast, effective, efficient treatment and with such involvement when it comes to solving problems as I have here. They even heeded some advice I gave them regarding the use of the control panel (which I thought would fall on deaf ears). Of course, I can only be happy with their services, and if they continue like this, they will have a client with me for a while.

I've known Imperium for a while, and he's always had my back ever since the beginning with a GREAT gameserver! With this most recent one, I had issues getting my mods installed, but one of his staff tirelessly went at it for HOURS on end trying to fix it, and eventually did! Now I have one of the best running 7 Days servers i've ever had, at under half the price of what I WAS paying with the last host I was using. Definitely 5 stars 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to host a gameserver in the future!

I have never worked with a better company. They go out of their way to help set up the server, file management, etc. There is no other company I would want to be giving my money to for a server.

The service commitment the staff has shown me while helping leave a bad hosting situation, to set up and teach me more in a few hours has been outstanding! Their dedication to customer service is seen not only in their interactions but there willingness to teach, instruct, and guide new server owners. I totally recommend them.

If I took a screenshot of any of our chats or had recorded any of our calls honestly you'd be sold yourself after a couple glances and a half hearted listen that easy. Stand up guys who are just super great at teamwork from what I observed and they solve problems very quickly and do the best they can to help even going an extra step, Death even finished up my FiveM dedicated Discord server and made a few changes to the shell so I could worry less about that and more on finishing up the FiveM Server for launch and that HELPED me me SO MUCH because I can get back to making content now... you don't see people take certain businesses that seriously while also maintaining room for their personality, I say that because when you talk to them after a while you'll see they don't give robotic emotionless replies like most owners and sometimes they'll even joke a little with you. All in all, they definitely earned a place in the description of every video/stream I do on my FiveM server... even though I'm a small fry and it doesn't mean a whole lot lol.

So far I have no complaints.

Good company friendly welcoming discord community. There is alot of game services to choose from . but there interface and fivem support is lacking. From database performance. (slow uploading to winscp not proper lay out on browser where you get your ftsp running on windows only no Linux option and no choice of MarblaDB . Was with them for 3 months with continuous issues with the database performance and systems. but left changed to new host and everything works fine they have a longways to go before they are fivem and redm ready
