I requested canceling for a server they had trouble managing and unable to keep updated. The request stated to cancel at the end of the billing period. (IN DECEMBER) They canceled within 24 hours and now the server is gone. I swear, nothing gets done right with this server host. No refund or Nada.

While this type of cancellation does not qualify under our standard refund policy, we still went ahead and issued a full refund to your original payment method in good faith as a one-time courtesy.
