I have a server through them, when it went down, their COO spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to diagnose and get my server back up and running. I put in my ticket a half hour before he started, so their customer service is absolutely amazing. The fact that I had to wait 3 hours for things to be resolved, from the moment I put my ticket in, is absolutely amazing. The fact that they got back in touch with me within a half hour of me putting my ticket in and then spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to get it working. They finally did get it working and I appreciate everything they have done. Their servers run smoothly, their prices are great and their community that they have built around them is absolutely welcoming.

They were incredibly easy to work with, responded super fast to my ticket and joined a discord voice chat and walked me through step by step on how to operate things!!!!

The servers are high quality for a decent price compared to some of the rival companies. If you need help the staff are supportive and quick to respond unlike other companies. Really good at helping and solving problems fast at working and efficient and very kind. What really sold me on Imperium was Veteran Owned and Operated. I had family who have been in the military and happy to support a veteran owned company.

The service is on point! Quick help, and was able to help me get two servers up and running (soon to be a third once I decide which game to host on it), which was great cause I'm new in general to having dedicated servers, so that made it a very stress-free setup with the Gamemaster servers!!

Hosting is clear and the best on this world. Also Im glad that You have Billie in Your team! She is the best, was helping me almoust 4 hour with server!!! THANKS

what can i say about imperium hosting? 1. The servers are high quality for a decent price some of the rival companies prices for the same as imperium are hosting are marked way too high compared and 2.If you need help the staff are supportive unlike other companies i have seen their staff have been amazing towards the community not just towards me. that's why they are 5 star

I wont lie, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this kind of stuff. Imperium Hosting was very helpful and patient with me and provided me with a great experience! VERY responsive, and I mean within seconds. I'm very glad I stumbled upon them, I got exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend
