**Outstanding Service Experience!** I recently brought my car in for service, and Edmund Jones was absolutely exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything my car needed and clearly outlined what was covered under my warranty. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel completely confident and well cared for. I’ll be honest — it’s hard to trust people these days — but Edmund is someone I can trust without hesitation. It’s truly refreshing to work with someone so genuine and reliable. Thank you, Edmund, for providing such an outstanding service experience!

Tom was extremely helpful with helping me to learn all the controls on my new Ford Maverick . I appreciate his patience with me. He is a great asset to Imperial Ford!!!!

I picked up my new lease yesterday, and PAUL MACCHI was my Sales Consultant. My experience was 5 star! Paul was informative and helpful, asking me what I wanted in a new lease, showing me several different models and the different features. Before leaving the lot, he patiently reviewed all the features of my new Trax!
